1. Fever: Sleep without blanket. Keep wet towel on forehead.
2. Cold: Steam inhaling at least 3 times a day.
3. Headache: Keep hot bag on forehead at least 5 times a day.
4. Back pain: Take absolute rest for one day and second day have a bath in very hot water.
5. Itching: Wash the affected area using dettol water and apply paste of Tulsi leaves.
6. Throat pain: Put pepper, Tulsi leaves, ginger and sucrose crystals in hot water. Allow it to boil. On cooling put some Jeera powder and drink (1 glass) three times a day.
